Jon is a founding partner of The Core Partnership. He has over 13 years' experience recruiting at all levels of the company secretarial and related compliance market. Jon started his career as a business adviser at Deloitte focusing on the finance, company secretarial and compliance functions. He then chose to focus on this area in recruitment when he joined BLT’s specialist company secretarial recruitment team where he worked for 5 years. In 2004, he was approached to join EJ Group to help develop their newly formed specialist division where he remained for 6 years, most recently as Associate Director. With a long and distinguished track record of company secretarial and compliance placements, Jon has in-depth knowledge of the sector with a wealth of contacts. He is also founder of The Company Secretary Forum and The Compliance, Regulation & Anti-Money Laundering Forum on LinkedIn. Jon works collaboratively with clients and candidates focused on nurturing lasting relationships.
