Committed to expanding their global company secretarial function, our client seeks a manager to help lead and develop the team at a highly-regarded consultancy. For those with either a professional services background or with experience working on multijurisdictional projects, this is a great opportunity offering wide exposure in a prominent firm.



  • Oversight of multi-jurisdictional project set-up, successful transition and health checks
  • Coordination of all annual compliance activities, from drafting of documentation through to filings with local registries
  • Coordination of event driven changes and budgetary control
  • Lead day-to-day client meetings
  • Support and develop junior members of the team
  • Ensure client’s legal entity management databases are effectively utilised and up to date
  • Draft slide presentations / documents – including sourcing, writing and editing materials for proposals
  • Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
