This international insurance business is looking for a part-time Assistant Company Secretary to join its team in the City. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the Executive Meetings and will provide assistance to the Company Secretary in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and best practice principles. We are looking for an organised individual with excellent attention to detail and extensive board and committee administration experience. This will initially be a one-year contract with the potential top be extended or go permanent.   • Ensuring high-level governance arrangements for the Regulated Entities Executive Meetings interface effectively with the Regulated Entities Board Governance Framework;
  • Designing and implementing policies to ensure the Regulated Entities Executives Meetings operate effectively;
  • Advising management on changes in governance practice as and when these occur
