This is an exciting opportunity to develop strong board support and minuting skills while working with senior boards and committees on complex governance structures. Our client, a global financial services group, are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to provide support in the provision of company secretarial services, ensuring the smooth running of the core meeting cycle and assisting with the delivery of the Annual Report and Accounts. You will be a strong relationship builder and relish the prospect of working closely with Chairmen, NEDs and advisers.



  • Management of board and committee meetings - including paper collation and distribution via an electronic portal, committee planners/administration/agendas/skeleton minutes/following up actions, PRA/FCA uploads.
  • Assisting with meeting records management. 
  • Maintaining Director and Board committee information on the corporate website. 
  • Assisting with the delivery of the governance sections of the Annual Report and Accounts. 
  • Assisting with the monitoring of the effectiveness of the corporate governance framework.
