Our client, a boutique firm in central London, are looking for a confident and experienced individual to cover maternity leave for 12 months.


You will provide Company Secretarial services to both internal and external clients so you must be able to adapt quickly and continue to build on the long-lasting and trusted relationships. Responsibilities include: maintaining client companies on Blueprint, incorporation of new companies, company restructuring, share allotments, share transfers, attending client board meetings and taking the minutes. To join this dynamic and friendly team the successful candidate will have either professional services and/or in-house experience but must show initiative and have the ability to prioritise a busy work load.



  • To maintain client companies on Blueprint and ensure all statutory deadlines are complied with including preparation and filing of annual returns;
  • Incorporation of new companies;
  • Company restructuring, share allotments, share transfers;
  • Dealing with Companies House correspondence received for client companies;
  • Preparation of documentation for client companies including change in registered office, change in officers and change in accounting reference date;
  • Preparation of accounts approval documentation;
  • Attend client board meetings and take the minutes thereof;
  • Liaise with and provide advice to clients and other members of the firm.

Experience and qualifications

  • Part or fully ICSA Qualified
  • Experience in professional services would be desirable but not essential
  • Excellent IT Skills
