Looking for your next role in a stimulating company? Our client, a vibrant and dynamic investment company seeks an Assistant Company Secretary to join its team. Working alongside five other company secretarial professionals, you will provide company secretarial support -including board support, compliance and best practice- to all the group’s businesses as well as the listed and unlisted investment entities managed by the group. You will also be managing and supervising junior members of the team and dealing with group level projects. The successful candidate will need to be able to work well within a team and confidently exercise good judgment, management and technical skills.



  • Managing the AGM arrangements.
  • Reviewing draft accounts and overseeing the accounts approval and filing process.
  • Dealing with board and committee meeting support matters including board pack co'ordination, meeting attendance and preparation of minutes. 
  • Dealing with group level projects such as reorganisations, share schemes, governance requirements and other ad hoc projects, as required.
  • Guidance and support to board directors.
  • Management of relationship with share registrars and custodians.

Experience and qualifications

  • ICSA Qualified
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Previous company secretarial experience from the professional or financial services is desirable
