Our client, a professional services firm who specialised in fund management seeks a Fund Administrator to join its team. This newly created positon will report to the Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining statutory registers, taking minutes and carrying out day-to-day company secretarial duties of funds. This position will be suitable for an individual who has previous fund administration experience and is keen to embark on a company secretarial career. If this sounds like you, get in touch now!



  • Delivery of a range of corporate secretarial services to UK entities.
  • The creation and maintenance of statutory registers and investor related documentation, creating and maintaining a portfolio of clients.
  • Creation and set up of new clients and entities.
  • To co-ordinate the production of Interim and Annual Reports.
  • Attendance at and organisation of Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
  • Provision of advice on Company Law and Corporate Governance (liaising with external advisers as necessary).
