About this job


We are seeking a bright and energetic Company Secretarial Administrator for our financial services client. This is a newly created position, you will be providing support to the team with a broad range of company secretarial work. Reporting to Company Secretary, you will be responsible for preparing agendas and board packs, Companies House filing, updating Blueprint, gaining exposure to core company secretarial duties as well as other areas which wouldn’t be given in other organisations. If you have a strong commitment to the company secretarial profession and a desire launch your career then we’d like to hear from you.



  • Prepare draft agenda and board packs and input action points after the meetings. 
  • File Companies House returns.
  • Maintain good corporate governance for the group and syndicates including keeping up to date the meeting attendance record. 
  • Assist all members of staff on any company secretarial or governance queries

Experience and qualifications

  • Already progressing or has a key interest in completing the ICSA Professional Programme
  • Educated to degree level, a Law degree is preferred
  • Excellent IT skills
