We are working with a fast-growing Boutique Professional Firm who provides company secretarial and governance support to a vast range of organisations (from Plcs to charities). They are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with strong technical expertise and excellent minute taking skills, who can work independently and confidently as one of the Senior Consultants. If you are confident self- starter, looking for a new challenge, then we hope to hear from you soon.



  • Provide company secretarial support to a portfolio of clients
  • Attending and minuting Board meetings
  • Improve governance within their organisations and ensure compliance with legislation and internal rules
  • Provide support and coaching to junior member of the team
