Our client, an international group listed on the LSE, are recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant with excellent PLC skills to join their team. Your core responsibilities include: maintenance of statutory records on Blueprint; preparation of standard Minutes and completing all statutory filings; maintenance of insiders list, general assistance with share plans; release of stock exchange announcements.


You will play a key role in ensuring that company secretarial administration is efficient and you will be expected to have a flexible approach and willingness to take on new and varied tasks as well as your own.   • Maintenance of statutory records on Blueprint database, including finding information where there are gaps. 
  • Preparation of standard Minutes and completing all statutory filings. 
  • Upkeep of company files, legal document registers, archiving records and departmental calendar.
  • General assistance with discretionary share plans. 
  • Maintenance of group compliance online training programme. Chasing those who have not done training in anti-bribery, data protection etc.
  • Maintenance of group structure charts.

Experience and qualifications

  • ICSA Qualified
