Are you an enthusiastic Company Secretarial professional who is seeking for a new challenge? We are working with a fast-growing professional service firm, who seeks to recruit an additional Company Secretarial Assistant to join their small, friendly team. You will be responsible for providing company secretarial advice and services, reconstitution of statutory books and registers, compliance review and advising clients on compliance with the Companies Act 2006.   • Providing outsourced company secretarial advice and services to a designated client portfolio
  • Advising clients on compliance with the Companies Act 2006 and other relevant legislation and regulation
  • Providing clients with practical solutions to compliance-related issues
  • Drafting high-quality legal and company secretarial documents
  • Managing specific projects for clients, such as company eliminations, reconstitution of statutory books and registers, compliance reviews/audits
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and demonstrating the highest standards of client care
  • Assisting with the development of new products/services and the development of office systems and procedures

Experience and qualifications

  • Part or fully-ICSA qualified
  • Previous experience with Blueprint Software is desirable
