An opening has arisen within a top Financial Services group for a Board Support Assistant to handle governance and compliance matters for the interest of the board of directors. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Board Support Manager with administrative/logistical arrangements for meetings of the Board, Committees of the board and other events.
  • Helping to ensure that the meetings of the Board and its committees are organised and arranged in a professional manner and a high level of support is afforded to the Executive.
  • Assisting the NEDs and advisers with meeting arrangements and diary management relating to the Board and committee meetings.
  • Assisting with the processing of NED and adviser expenses.
  • Assist the Board Support Manager in drafting of the annual calendar for all Board/committee meetings and events including setting dates for meetings and liaising with Directors and senior management to arrange availability and confirm attendees at meetings.

Experience and qualifications

  • Previous Board Support experience or similar within a large organisation.
  • Experience with Blueprint is desirable.
