Our client is a highly regarded outsourced provider of company secretarial services with a mix of fully listed, AIM listed and sizeable groups of companies as clients. Business expansion now requires an experienced Chartered Secretary with an understanding of the professional services market and ideally exposure to fully listed and AIM listed companies. Support and training in this area can also be provided if you enjoy a front-line client servicing role, have solid board support experience and are commercially astute. For a high-flier, partnership prospects are a definite possibility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for own portfolio of clients and reporting into head of company secretarial department.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with other key advisors to our clients; i.e. auditors, registrars, pension providers, banks etc.
  • Assisting partners with providing high quality legal services to clients on a broad range of company secretarial work.
  • Provide administrative support to the Company Secretarial practice by filing forms with Companies House and ensuring that clients are compliant with their obligations and that all statutory filing deadlines are met.
  • Updating and maintaining statutory registers held on Blueprint, and where required, physical statutory books.
  • Compliance with legislation including preparing and filing of statutory returns; preparation of documentation maintaining of statutory records.
