  • Developments and compliance.
  • Governance updates.
  • Regular Regulatory announcements.
  • Interim and Final Dividends oversight.
  • Controlling shareholder responsibilities.
  • Annual Report and Accounts.
  • Shareholder documentation.
  • Organisation of Annual General Meetings.
  • Board evaluations.
  • Treasury projects and support to group functions and businesses.
