A FTSE 250 Company at forefront of their field is looking for a bright Company Secretarial Assistant to assist the group throughout their Company Secretarial function. The Company Secretarial Assistant will assist with, and prepare board meetings, writing minutes and resolutions, as well as perform a variety of other administrative duties, such as filing of accounts, maintenance of registers and the setting up and dissolution of companies. If you’re a diligent Company Secretarial Assistant with exceptional technical knowledge and are looking for a step up in both responsibility and exposure, then we would be keen to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly Board meetings/packs, and ad hoc board/committee meetings
  • Assist with RNS/SENS announcements
  • Assist with the annual report
  • Filing accounts
  • Maintaining registers

Experience and qualifications

  • Previous experience in a listed environment
  • ICSA qualified or part-qualified
  • Experienced with Blueprint (desirable)
