A well renowned Professional Services firm is searching for a proactive Trust Manager. You will be responsible for daily management of the team, ensuring all targets are met and keeping open the lines of communication at all times. You will also undertake some client relationship matters, as well as ensuring new business enquiries are dealt with, and all normal trust and company policies, procedures and controls are always followed by the team.


Your time will be split between being client side in the City of London and working at the head office in Hertfordshire. As such, the role will be sure to offer a pleasant variety of day-to-day duties. If you have an understanding of international trust, concepts and practices as well as experience in a trust and company secretarial role then don’t hesitate to get in touch!



  • Day to day management and administration of more complex trusts, companies and foundations with a wide variety of asset classes.
  • Oversight of team undertaking day to day management and administration of a portfolio of trusts, companies and foundations with a wide variety of asset classes.
  • Monitor the performance of investment portfolios and take remiedial action where necessary.
  • Oversight and management of UK team members, reviewing timesheets, workloads and priorities work were required.
  • Setting up and maintaining accurate and complete records for trusts, utilising existing technology.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Keep up to date with new developments in fiduciary services and products.

Experience and qualifications

  • Previous experience in a trust and company secretarial role.
  • ICSA Qualified.


Personal qualities and behaviours

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with current and new clients/intermediaries
  • Ability to manage fiduciary relationships to ensure timely responses to clients.
  • Able to respond effectively verbally and in writing when dealing with clients, intermediaries and relationship managers.
