Our client, a highly reputable and high profile advisory firm, are looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to join their fast growing team. You will form part of a high calibre team responsible for delivering an extensive range of corporate secretarial and board governance services to a fantastic and exciting diverse range of clients. This role is a great way to gain exposure and knowledge of a variety of sectors in a dynamic, collaborative environment with company secretaries who are passionate about their role and corporate governance. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of high-quality company secretarial services to a range of clients in line with your billable hours and recovery rate targets.
  • Managing team members workflow, day to day activities and leading technical initiatives
  • Oversee maintenance of electronic corporate records using Diligent Entities and undertaking any statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies.
  • Advising a portfolio of clients on compliance matters, including annual statutory requirements, routine company changes and share capital changes.
  • Providing advice on corporate governance best practice and reviewing relevant documentation.

Experience and Qualifications

  • CGI part or fully qualified (or other professional qualification if relevant experience can be demonstrated and interested in undertaking CGI qualification)
  • Solid experience of supporting and servicing boards
  • Working knowledge of Diligent Entities
  • Experience managing a team is desirable

  • Strong organisational skills, with high level of attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and confident in communicating effectively with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
  • A team player, who can work effectively and collaboratively with others, while also able to work independently
