An exciting opportunity to work as Company Secretarial Assistant for a well-established FTSE-250 real estate organisation and gain, or expand on, listed experience. The role – where you will report directly into the Company Secretary – will see you joining a tight-knit team in their contemporary office in London. Providing support to the Company Secretary, you will help with year-end including proofreading documents, putting together meeting minutes, organising and attending the AGM, organising board meetings and ensuring compliance with the Corporate Governance Code, amongst other things. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support with Year End including proofreading documents, putting together meeting minutes and help the project management of the Annual Report process, including frequently conversing with external designers
  • Organise and attend the Annual General Meetings (AGM) and circulate documents to stakeholders when necessary
  • Produce, collate and compile monthly Board Pack papers to make sure they can be accessed safely, securely and in a timely manner
  • Maintain statutory records and complete filings at Companies House
  • Administrate the Executive Share Scheme and other company share schemes
  • Draft and format minutes and meeting agendas

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a company secretarial roles is desirable
  • Solid interest and desire in pursuing a company secretarial career
  • CGI qualified or studying for the qualifitcation
