An exciting opportunity working as Company Secretarial Assistant for media production, FTSE-listed company. Working in a tight-knit, the role will see you providing company secretarial support across a vast range of projects to the Deputy Company Secretary and Group Company Secretary, to make sure that the Group complies with its statutory and regulatory obligations. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with obligations relating to the Companies Act, the UK Corporate Governance Code, the Market Abuse Regulation, the Listing Rules and the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
  • Preparation and release of routine Stock Exchange announcements required by the Listing Rules
  • Drafting of Disclosure Committee minutes and maintaining minute book
  • Create, administrate and upload papers for Board and Committee meetings using Diligent Board Books
  • Help with drafting Board and Committee papers on company secretarial/corporate governance matters as and when required
  • Responsible for legal entity management across the Group including maintenance of statutory registers on Blueprint, minute files, filing of documents with Companies House
  • Support the project management and delivery of the Group’s Annual Report, drafting and reviewing relevant sections and assisting with the shareholder mailing

Experience and Qualifications

  • Qualified or commenced the CGI/ICSA professional qualification
  • Previous company secretarial experience
